Danielle, a Hollywood stuntwoman and actress, recently revealed her out-of-the-gym workouts with her admirers.

Danielle Burgio, a well-known Hollywood stuntwoman, appeared live on KTLA 5 5 Morning News on January 25, 2022.

She discussed workouts that may be done without the need for a gym.

Danielle, 53, began the conversation by explaining how, due to the coronavirus outbreak, every gym was closed during the lockdown.

As a result, she had to design her own exercises to stay strong and agile.

The stuntwoman, who began her career as a dancer, stated that these workouts could also help with body composition, strength, and balance.

of stuntwomen in Hollywood Danielle began with the dance exercises.

She claims that unrestricted body motions like wiggles and ripples with music in the background are helpful for both the body and the psyche.

Without the need for a gym, one can play three songs and get 15 minutes of fantastic training time.

Knee flexion helps to grow and strengthen quadriceps muscles.

Next, a simple hula hoop, which is inexpensive, can be used for a whole-body workout.

For starters, some practice is required.

But once a person is used to holding and moving the hula hoop around the body with muscle movements, it helps gain muscle strength.

Finally, a waist belt can be used. These simple gadgets are also easy to pack for travel.

They are portable and can be used to work out while traveling.

Wrap the waist belt around your waist and tie one end to a sturdy object.

Then you can do leg movements in the form of a box.

Or one can bend forward and downward on knees.

One can try boxing hand movements while keeping the waist belt on.

The bold stuntwoman of Hollywood, Danielle was born on 31 January of the year 1968.

Hence her current age is 53 years. Her birthplace is Greensboro, North Carolina, United States.

She set off for New York early to stay with her grandmother.

In two weeks, she was selected for Starlight Express on Broadway.

Danielle started her career as a Broadway dancer. Later she transitioned into doing stunts for other stars.

And now she is also an actress and a producer. She is an embodiment of grace and roughness.

Additionally, she is a social butterfly and made friends easily. She has training in martial arts and gymnastics.

She has penned a book called The Stunt Woman’s Workout which was released in 2005.

She is the host of the Women Kick Ass podcast where she interviews strong and inspiring women.
