Due to a hip and knee ailment, Koepka, a four-time major winner, was forced to conclude his 2020 PGA Tour season early.

During the competition, he partially tore his patella tendon in his left knee.

He also received a cortisone treatment for his hip after partially tearing his labrum.

This is not his first experience with painful stem cell therapy.
