Likewise, Brandon signed a multi-year contract with the Hornets on August 24, 2005.

Brandon was sent to the Hornets’ NBA Development League club, the Tulsa 66ers, twice during his rookie season.

He appeared in 50 games for the New Orleans Hornets, starting four of them.

The player signed a two-year contract with the Dallas Mavericks on July 26, 2007.

Bass hit a turnaround jumper on March 1, 2009, to give Jason Kidd his 10,000th career assist.

In 160 games for the Mavericks over two seasons, he averaged 8.4 points and 4.5 rebounds.

Following that, Brandon signed a four-year contract with the Orlando Magic on July 10, 2009.

The player signed with the Los Angeles Lakers on July 9, 2015. He had a season-high 18 points in a defeat against the Sacramento Kings on January 20, 2016.
