Harper came out as gay in late 2013 on his show The Biggest Loser.

“I truly believe that now is the correct time.”
The well-known TV personality revealed that he came out at the age of 17.
“I knew I was gay a long time ago,” he remarked.

Harper’s relationship with Anton Gutierrez sparked dating speculations in 2014
after Anton posted their first photo on Instagram on August 11th.
On September 1st, Bob’s then-mysterious boyfriend Gutierrez Instagrammed their second photo.
He was seen kissing his severely inked partner Bob.
The couple kept their love private for a year until making it public in November 2015,
when they were photographed sharing an extremely romantic kiss in West Hollywood, California.
Harper and Gutierrez appeared together on an episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now the following year.
