Furthermore, in a Season 5 episode of The West Wing, he served as a consultant. Amar has been a Visiting Professor of Law at Pepperdine Law School and Columbia Law School on numerous occasions.
He was a visiting professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School recently.
He was elected as a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2007. He also lectured for One Day University.
