In June 2018, Friends from College star Key married film producer Elisa Pugliese.

On June 8, 2018, the couple married in their New York City home.

Key and Pugliese kept their wedding relatively private, with only a few close friends and family members in attendance.

The next day, Key posted a photo from their wedding on Instagram.

Key is seen kissing his wife, Pugliese, who is holding a bouquet in her left hand, in the photo.

In the meantime, Pugliese wrote, “Dear Mr. Key, I love you more and more every day.”

Key and Pugliese discussed their wedding in an interview with Us Weekly just days before they exchanged vows.

The Key & Pelee alum also explained why they chose to marry at home in the interview. Key stated:

“If we love our home, why would we get married anywhere else?”

On their wedding day, Key wore a black suit by Paul Smith, while the bride wore a Prada gown.

Pugliese also carried an orchid bouquet designed by Elan Flowers.

On Saturday, June 9, Key and his wife Pugliese hosted family and

some famous friends at One World Observatory in New York City.

Jordan Peele, Paul Rudd, Michael Strahan, Stephen Colbert,

and Cobie Smulders were among those in attendance at Key’s reception.

For the occasion, the couple had a five-tier light-blue cake designed by Ron Ben Israel.

During their honeymoon, the couple crossed the Atlantic.

People used to spend their honeymoons in exotic locations, but those days are long gone.

The comedian and his companion decided to cross the entire Atlantic.

Key, who has never been on a boat before, stated,

Elisa Pugliese is a Bronx, New York-born actress and director

best known for her work on School of Rock and Boy Meets Girl.

In 1993, she graduated from Syracuse University.

She got her start as a make-up artist in the animated film Snow Queen.

She later made her acting debut in 2003 with a cameo appearance in School of Rock.

Her most well-known work came in 2013 when she co-produced the critically acclaimed comedy documentary The American Journey.

For nearly two decades, actor Key was married to his first wife, Cynthia Blaise.

The ex-husband and wife had been married since December 27, 1998, before splitting up.

The former Friends from College star filed for divorce about one and a half months after their split, citing irreconcilable differences.

Their marriage was called off two years later, in November 2017.

The divorce was finalized just days before Key announced his engagement to Elisa Pugliese.
