Who is Liu Guoliang?
Liu is only the second person in history to have won all three major titles in table tennis: Olympic Gold, World Cup, and World Championships. Many people regard Liu as an inspiration and one of the best table tennis players and coaches in history.
Liu Guoliang: Childhood and Education
Liu was born on January 10, 1976, in Xinxiang, Henan, China.
He was born to a loving couple who adored and supported him.
His mother, Wen Xiangyu, was a housewife, and his father, Liu Zhansheng, was a former renowned Chinese table tennis player.
Liu Zhang worked for the Xinxiang Sports Commission until 2004.
