She initially has no idea how to cope with students who are suffering from mental illnesses other than to give them hugs and affection.

Her student required emotional support. Isaac assisted her student in overcoming trauma at the moment.

Years of experience guiding children through emotional trauma and mental health issues have made her a well-known figure.

She had already begun a project called AWARE (Advancing Wellness and Resilience in Education.)

MT Please and Shepherd School Districts have assisted many tribal students with this effort she started at Saginaw Chippewa Academy.
