Kathy was introduced to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers in 2021 as a cast member’s acquaintance.

She appeared on the show in seasons one, three, four, and five, as well as seasons nine and ten.
Despite the fact that her husband has never featured on the show, they are one of the show’s longest-married couples.
Kathy Hilton and her husband have been married for many years.
Kathy and Richard married in 1979, so they have been together for nearly four decades.
They met roughly five years before they married at a party when she was 15 and he was 18.
They were both students at Montclair College Preparatory School in Los Angeles at the time of their encounter.
In July 2021, the socialite revealed to Bustle how she and her hubby met.
“I thought he was very cute,” Kathy said of Richard when she first saw him.
They did not date right away because they were dating other individuals.
When Richard was at college, he and Kathy went on dates when he was in town.

Nicholai “Nicky” Olivia Hilton, Kathy and Richard’s second child, was born in 1983.
In 2015, she married billionaire James Rothschild. They have two daughters together.
Kathy gave birth to her first son, Barron Nicholas Hilton II, in 1989, after having two daughters.
Milou Alizée Hilton is the daughter of Barron and his wife, Tessa Hilton.
In 1994, the reality star and her husband welcomed their fourth and final child, Conrad Hughes Hilton III.
With all of their children grown and busy with their own lives,
