Who is Tamina Snuka?

Sarona Moana-Marie Reiher Snuka-ring Polamalu’s name is Tamina Snuka. Tamina Snuka has a Wrestler and actress from the United States. Notably, the former 24/7 Champion is a second-generation pro wrestler.

You may recognize her as the daughter of legendary wrestler Jimmy Snuka.

Tamina is presently a member of World Wrestling Entertainment’s SmackDown brand.

She also appears as a cameo in the blockbuster Hercules alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Childhood and Family

She is the daughter of James Reiher Snuka and Sharon Georgi, his first wife.

Jimmy is one of the most well-known wrestlers of the early 1980s.

Beginnings of a Career

Tamina was the first recipient of the Lia Maivia Scholarship.

Bret Hart began training her at the Wild Samoan Training Center in Millola, Florida as a result.

Tamina Snuka’s WWE Debut and Early Years

Snuka made her Raw debut on May 24, 2010, under the ring name Tamina.

She went after David Hart Smith, Tyson Kidd, and Natalya of the Hart Dynasty.

They soon faced Natalya, Gail Kim, and Melina in a six-Diva tag team bout.

Relationship on-screen

Tamina had an on-screen romance with Santino Marella.

She began accompanying him and his colleague Vladimir Kozlov.

On the December 6 episode of Raw, the on-screen couple kissed.

They triumphed over Maryse and Ted DiBiase Jr.

They did, however, lose the tag team battle against The Usos in January.

SmackDown

SmackDown signed her in the supplemental draft in 2011.

Tamina made her second appearance as a villain on May 27.

She and Alicia Fox defeated AJ and Kaitlyn in the match.

They were, however, beaten in a six-Diva tag team match.

The defeat occurred at the hands of AJ, Kaitlyn, and Natalya.

She later started on-screen partnerships with JTG.

Tamina battled Beth Phoenix for the WWE Divas Championship a few weeks later.

Tamina returned to Raw in May 2015 with her previous ring name.

She then defeated Brie Bella in her rematch.

Later, in July, she was defeated by Nikki Bella in the Divas Championship.

Paige was also in the triple threat match at The Beast in the East.

Tamina, Naomi, and the NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks formed an alliance known as Team B.A.D.

Championship aspirations

Tamina competed in the WWE Revolution women’s battle royal.

Ember Moon eventually eliminated her from the tournament.

Later, in November 2018, she defeated Moon at Raw.

This was clearly her first solo triumph on Raw.

Snuka defeated Carmella at Hell in a Cell in July 2019.

Notably, this victory earned her the 24/7 Championship.

This was her first championship, which was significant.

That came late, but it was sweet.

Women’s SmackDown Championship

Tamina challenged Bayley to a bout for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Tamina had to first defeat Sasha Banks in order to compete for the title.
