JaMychal Green, an American professional basketball player, was most recently with the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). JaMychal Green was an Alabama Crimson Tide basketball player in college.

Green began his professional career in the G League (formerly D-League) and abroad before committing to the Spurs for his first NBA deal in 2015.

He also participated in the Clippers and Grizzlies.

Green decided on August 23 to attend Alabama rather than Ole Miss.

Green averaged 11.6 points per game and led all SEC freshmen in rebounding with 7.9 per game as a freshman, starting all but one of The Capstone’s 32 games.

Memphis Grizzlies (2015–2019)

Prior to going back to Austin, Green rejoined the NBA, signing a 10-day deal with the Memphis Grizzlies on February 2, 2015.

He signed a second 10-day deal with the Grizzlies on February 19, then on March 2, he inked a multi-year agreement.

He joined the Grizzlies once more for the 2015–16 campaign, where he started the season off the bench.
