Even though he had 11.6 rebounds in the 2010 FIBA Under-20 Championship, it wasn’t enough to win again.
He joined the senior men’s Turkish national basketball team a year later and competed in the FIBA EuroBasket 2013 qualification and the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
