Ronnie Turner Was Arrested For Cocaine Possession
In 2016, RadarOnline stated that eight years after his father’s death from a drug overdose, Ronnie had himself involved in the same terrible road.
According to court documents obtained by Radar at the time, Ronnie had a history of drug-related offenses and a hardscrabble life that sadly mirrored his father’s.
On August 18, 1999, Ronnie was arrested in Los Angeles and charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of selling it.
Ronnie’s bail was set at $45,000 after his arrest near Gladys Street State Park, according to his already lengthy rap sheet.
He’d been convicted of possession of an illegal substance as well as the sale of a restricted substance in 1987, and of selling cocaine in 1988, two years before, in 1997.
Following his arrest in 2016, a judge sentenced him to 16 months in state prison.
Because of the aforementioned offenses, he was denied probation.
Despite his harsh sentence, Ronnie was given credit for 126 days in custody, 84 days of actual detention, and 42 days for good behavior.
