Nieku Manshadi is overjoyed to be settling down with the love of his life. He is married to Elizabeth Lail, who starred as Guinevere Beck in Netflix’s smash hit You.
In terms of their wedding, it took place earlier this year, on April 24, 2021.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, only a limited number of persons, 22 in total, were invited, and all of them were vaccinated.

As previously said, Manshadi and his now-wife exchanged wedding vows on April 24, 2021, according to Brides’ exclusive article released on May 6, 2021.
The private ceremony was conducted at Hasbrouck House in Stone Ridge, New York, a location dear to the couple’s heart because it was also where they celebrated their first relationship anniversary.

As a result, the number of guests was limited to only 22.
According to the actress, if not, the pair would have easily invited over 200 people.
Lail also told Brides that she and her husband opted not to wait or postpone the wedding and instead invited only family members to keep everyone safe.
“We were also the only guests on property, which offered us the comfort of mind,” she continued.
She also mentioned that they didn’t have a clear concept for their wedding and just did what felt right.
The wedding eventually revealed itself to them “as more and more creatives were involved.”
Manshadi wore a dark navy suit with a black bowtie on his special day, inspired by his grandfather.
Similarly, the bride looked lovely in a “one-of-a-kind wedding gown with silk-lined buttons, a deep-V neckline, fitted bodice, and three-quarter-length sleeves” custom-designed by Andrea Hawkes.
The soon-to-be-married pair exchanged letters written for each other during their first glance.
“It was such a great moment to actually connect with each other before adrenaline swept you away,” Lail said of the experience.
Manshadi had created a wedding playlist for the occasion.
When his future wife walked down the aisle, Van Morrison’s “Crazy Love” was played. Manshadi and Lail exchanged wedding bands from Catbird and ILACrescent and spoke both traditional and Baha’i vows.
‘Elephant Gun’ by Beruit was played after they officially became husband and wife and kissed.
“I’ve never stopped singing these songs since,” Lail added.
They all then dined together at the venue’s on-site restaurant.
“Our wedding was so modest and intimate that we couldn’t help but have every detail represent a part of us,” Lail remarked, summarizing the magical day.
It was largely the first time our two families had met. We laughed and wept the entire time.”
Although the day went off without a hitch, the couple had moments when they considered postponing the wedding owing to the epidemic.
Fortunately, this did not occur because all of the guests were immunized in time for the wedding.

Manshadi and his actress wife originally met through a mutual friend, the old-fashioned manner.
They met at a mutual friend’s party in Williamsburg, where they became acquainted.
What began as small discussion between acquaintances of a mutual buddy became life mates.
They started dating, got to know each other better, and it all deepened their bond.
Manshadi had been in a romantic relationship for a long time and felt it was time to take the next step.
They were in Montauk, New York, in August 2020, for a “much-needed long weekend.”
He fell down on his knees and proposed to her with Lail’s grandmother’s wedding ring in his hand, seizing the perfect moment.
They got engaged after she said yes. Lail recalled the incident to Brides and stated,
“We were preparing s’mores over our own little bonfire on the beach at sunset when Nieku proposed with my grandmother’s wedding ring.”
They married eight months after being engaged.
They’ve been enjoying their days as a married pair who support their other half through thick and thin ever since.
