It had 2,888 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Furthermore, its lot size is 7,406 square feet.
The Wilsons purchased the property in 2018 for $1.3 million.
Previously, in 2016, they sold a modernized bungalow in Mount Washington for $1.217 million, $278,000 more than the asking price of $939,000.
